Laundry & Sanitization

The SonoMask and SonoMask Pro should be hand washed in cold water once a week.

For stain removal, we recommend using an eco-friendly detergent. Softeners & bleaching agents should be avoided for all products.

We usually ship orders out on the same day, and you can expect them delivered within 1-3 business days.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

1. The goods were purchased in the last 14 days.*
2. The goods aren’t used or damaged.
3. The goods are in the original packaging and never opened.
4. You have attached the receipt or proof of purchase.

*The Customer is responsible for checking the accuracy of the contents of the package within 14 days timeframe.

We do not accept returns of the following items:

1. Goods made to your specifications or personalized.
2. Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
3. Goods which are not suitable for return due to reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept goods that are not in its original packaging and/or were opened

Excellent reusable masks

I bought the first masks as soon as they started to be marketed almost two years ago and still use them. Since then I bought both the first generation nose wire version and now the Pro version.

I use only rarely other types (disposable. FFP2) and only when I am obliged to do it (p.ex. during a flight or entering a hospital where only disposable masks are accepted).

They are very good, rather confortable and with the Pro version there is no more fogging issue for me who wears glasses. I always use the headstrap version.

I liked from the beginning the idea that one can go out for a longer journey with only one mask. Previously I had in my suitcase one mask for every day.
The disposable masks were not the right answer considering their price.

I wash them occasionally, lightly with some liquid soap. They dry very fast so that they are ideal for travelling.

I also appreciated the fact that these masks were certified by respectable institutions (certificates available on Sonovia's site) and are made in Israel.

I ordered them directly on Sonovia's online shop and were always delivered very fast via DHL (last order; 2 weeks ago: ordered Friday, received Wednesday).

My wife uses them as well, very satisfied.

I would highly recommend these masks.

Excellent high quality mask, the head straps are excellent and give a tight fit, the adjustable sliders, and nose wire to prevent air leaks make it air tight. The best mask I have bought throughout the pandemic.

I prefer the end strap because the ear loops cause a dermatitis type response in my skin. Sonomask pro head strap is my preferred mask, the surgical and n95 cause flare up in dermatitis in my face, -these keep me safe and are comfortable.
