Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

3. The goods are in the original packaging and never opened.
4. You have attached the receipt or proof of purchase.

*The Customer is responsible for checking the accuracy of the contents of the package within 14 days timeframe.

 

We do not accept returns of the following items:

1. Goods made to your specifications or personalized.
2. Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
3. Goods which are not suitable for return due to reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept goods that are not in its original packaging and/or were opened

Percale Pillowcase

It's quite soft, a snug fit to the pillow and comfortable to lay one's head on. The only problem I see is that it tends to make the pillow slide around in the night. It's mildly annoying to have to chase after it each morning and put it back in place. Other than that the case seems well made and nicely finished.
