Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

1. The goods were purchased in the last 14 days.*
2. The goods aren’t used or damaged.
3. The goods are in the original packaging and never opened.
4. You have attached the receipt or proof of purchase.

*The Customer is responsible for checking the accuracy of the contents of the package within 14 days timeframe.

We do not accept returns of the following items:

1. Goods made to your specifications or personalized.
2. Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
3. Goods which are not suitable for return due to reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept goods that are not in its original packaging and/or were opened
4. The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
5. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Very Soft and Comfortable

I have issues with body heat and i need to stay cool to be able to get through the night. These sheets are SO AMAZING. Really glad i got to try them and am very happy they are much cleaner than regular sheets and have to be washed less often

I was worried that the sheets would be silky and slippery, but customer support assured me that they are not. I am so glad I asked and trusted in their responses because I absolutely love these sheets! They are so soft and comfortable! My boyfriend sweats a lot when he sleeps since we have been using these sheets his side of the bed has been completely dry and free of any sweat rings.

These are the softest, smoothest sheets I have ever had! I washed them as soon as I received them and put them on the mattress and was surprised at how few wrinkles there were. They are antimicrobial which means they are much cleaner than others, so I also feel more comfortable with them in that aspect
