We ship worldwide for FREE on orders over 48$.

We understand how important it is to keep both you and your loved ones safe. We therefore proudly offer EXPRESS shipping on all orders, anywhere* in the world, via DHL Express.
We usually ship orders out on the same day, and you can expect them delivered within 1-3 business days.

*In some countries, customs costs may apply.
As far as we know, orders to the USA, CA, IL are free from customs. If you're ordering from anywhere else and are unsure whether or not customs will apply to you, please contact our customer service.

 

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

1. The goods were purchased in the last 14 days.*
2. The goods aren’t used or damaged.
3. The goods are in the original packaging and never opened.
4. You have attached the receipt or proof of purchase.

*The Customer is responsible for checking the accuracy of the contents of the package within 14 days timeframe.

 

We do not accept returns of the following items:

1. Goods made to your specifications or personalized.
2. Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
3. Goods which are not suitable for return due to reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept goods that are not in its original packaging and/or were opened
4. The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
5. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
